Terms of Service

Welcome to CValyze, a service published by P Society (« we », « our », « us »). These Terms of Service (« ToS ») are intended to define the terms and conditions of access and use of CValyze (the « Service »). By accessing or using the Service, you (« the User ») fully and unreservedly accept these ToS.

1. Legal information

2. Service purpose

CValyze is a SaaS platform developed by P Society allowing recruiters to import, analyze and automatically score CVs using artificial intelligence. The Service enables users to create job offers, associate CVs with these offers, and obtain detailed analyses with scores and recommendations to facilitate recruitment. P Society makes its best efforts to provide a quality Service, but does not guarantee that the Service will be free from errors, bugs or interruptions.

Use of third-party artificial intelligence services

CValyze relies on artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers to analyze CVs and generate scores, recommendations and insights. In this context, CVs uploaded and job offers created by users may be temporarily transmitted to these providers for processing and analysis generation. This data is processed in accordance with these providers' privacy policies and GDPR requirements. P Society is committed to working only with trusted providers offering appropriate data protection guarantees.

3. Service access

Access to the Service may require the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

  • Credentials (email, password) are strictly personal and confidential
  • Any fraudulent or abusive use may result in account suspension or deletion by P Society
  • The User is responsible for any activity carried out with their credentials

Age requirement

The Service is reserved for persons aged 16 and over. Minor users (between 16 and 18 years old) must obtain parental or legal guardian authorization before creating an account and using the Service. By creating an account, the User guarantees that they meet this age requirement or have the required authorization.

4. Financial conditions

Use of the Service may be:

  • Free with limitations (limited number of CVs imported and analyzed per month), or
  • Subject to a paid subscription (monthly or annual) with monthly quotas according to the chosen plan

In case of paid subscription:

  • Prices are expressed in US dollars (USD) and may be modified at any time
  • Payments are made exclusively via Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew at expiry, unless terminated by the User
  • No refund will be granted, except for mandatory legal provisions
  • Access to the Service is suspended in case of non-payment

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the consumer User acknowledges and accepts that they lose their right of withdrawal as soon as the execution of the Service begins before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Service (software, interfaces, texts, images, logos, trademarks, databases, API, algorithms) are protected by current legislation and remain the exclusive property of P Society or its partners.

  • The User has only a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right of use
  • Any reproduction, modification, distribution or exploitation without written authorization is prohibited

6. User-generated content

CValyze allows users to create job offers, import CVs and obtain AI-generated analyses. Users may publish content including:

  • CVs uploaded as PDF files
  • Job offers (job titles, position descriptions)
  • CV analyses generated by AI (scores, recommendations, insights)
  • Data extracted from CVs (personal information, experience, education, skills)

Rules and restrictions:

  • The User remains the owner of their content (CVs, job offers), but grants P Society a worldwide, free, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce and process this content within the framework of the Service and for analysis generation
  • The User guarantees that they have the necessary rights to the uploaded CVs (in particular, candidate consent for the processing of their personal data) and that this content does not violate the law or third-party rights
  • The following content is strictly prohibited:
  • CVs containing discriminatory or illegal information
  • Discriminatory job offers or those violating labor legislation
  • Defamatory, slanderous or threatening content
  • Attempts to circumvent service limitations
  • Unauthorized or automated mass CV uploads
  • Use of the Service for fraudulent purposes or harassment

P Society reserves the right to moderate, suspend or delete any content deemed inappropriate or illegal, as well as to suspend or delete user accounts in case of repeated violation of these rules.

Nature of AI-generated analyses

The analyses, scores and recommendations generated by CValyze are the result of automated processing by artificial intelligence. Although we strive to provide accurate analyses, these results may contain errors, approximations or subjective interpretations. P Society does not guarantee absolute accuracy of analyses and cannot be held responsible for recruitment decisions made on the basis of these analyses. The user acknowledges that these analyses are decision-support tools and not definitive recommendations.

7. Responsibilities

P Society's responsibility:

  • The Service is provided « as is », without express or implied warranty
  • We are not responsible for indirect damages such as data loss, loss of business, business interruption or commercial prejudice

Limitation of liability regarding AI:

Responses and content generated by artificial intelligence may contain factual errors, approximations, inconsistencies or, despite our moderation efforts, inappropriate content. P Society does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or relevance of AI-generated content and cannot be held responsible for consequences resulting from their use. The User acknowledges that AI is an experimental tool and agrees to use generated content at their own risk.

User's responsibility:

  • The User is solely responsible for their use of the Service and the data they introduce
  • They guarantee P Society against any claim related to this use

8. Personal data

P Society collects and processes personal data solely to ensure the functioning of the Service, in accordance with GDPR.

9. Usage limits

CValyze applies usage limits to ensure service quality:

  • Free plan (without subscription): Limited to 10 CVs imported and analyzed per month
  • Essential plan: Up to 5,000 CVs imported and analyzed per month
  • Professional plan: Up to 30,000 CVs imported and analyzed per month
  • Enterprise plan: Up to 90,000 CVs imported and analyzed per month
  • Quotas are reset each calendar month
  • Limits may be modified at any time with prior notification
  • Abusive use of the service may result in temporary or permanent account suspension

10. Termination

The User may terminate their account at any time, either from their profile settings (if available) or by contacting P Society at contact.nukloop@gmail.com

  • Termination of a paid subscription takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • P Society reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in case of violation of these ToS
  • In case of termination, personal data is deleted within 30 days
  • Uploaded CVs, created job offers and generated analyses may be kept for technical reasons for a maximum of 90 days after termination
  • Some anonymized data (AI usage logs, aggregated usage statistics) may be permanently retained for Service improvement, analysis and research purposes, in accordance with GDPR

11. Force majeure

P Society cannot be held responsible for any delay or failure in the execution of its obligations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including:

  • Server or infrastructure failures
  • Service interruptions from providers (Vercel, Stripe, etc.)
  • Natural disasters, social conflicts, or political events
  • Regulatory changes affecting the service

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These ToS are governed by French law, to the exclusion of any other legislation. In case of dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Competent court:

Commercial Court of Paris, France

In case of translation of these ToS into other languages, only the French version is legally binding and prevails in case of contradiction or divergent interpretation.

13. ToS modifications

P Society reserves the right to modify these ToS at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the site. Continued use of the Service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

  • Users will be notified of important modifications by email
  • The last update date is indicated at the top of this document
  • In case of disagreement with the new conditions, the user may terminate their account
